When you buy OnlyRules 1-on-1 we receive, via Whop, your email and the Discord account information needed to assign your private client access. We may also receive scheduling details and the messages you choose to send in your private client channel. Payments are processed entirely by Whop—we never see or store your card or bank details.
How we use it
Only to deliver the service: managing your subscription, scheduling calls, creating your private Discord channel, communicating with you, and providing educational and technical support. We do not sell or rent your data. We don't run ads.
Third parties
Your data is handled by the services we run on: Whop (checkout and subscription), Discord (community and client communication), YouTube (public live streams), GitHub (software releases), and Cloudflare (website hosting). Each has its own privacy policy.
Retention & deletion
We keep membership data while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for support and legal reasons. Email [email protected] to request deletion of the data we hold about you.
Cookies
onlyrules.online itself sets no tracking cookies. Whop's checkout and embedded services may set their own.
